So, here is the first of my fun projects. Need a little help picking those pesky losing lottery numbers? Well, you've come to the wrong place for that. Use the form below and pick yourself a few winners and don't forget about yours truly when it comes time to be grateful. :)

Each row will have the last number highlighted as the "special" (as in Powerball for those of you who play it) and will not be the same as any of the other numbers in a row. I've limited the number of rows to 10 to be easier to output and not hog up a bunch of server resources with looping.

NOTE: Always remember that the lottery is a gambling venture and no one can guarantee a winner. Please play responsibly and at your own risk. I assume no responsibility for anyone's actions, good or bad. Wasn't kidding about the part where you should remember me.
